Get Fit with Free Exercise Events in Hoboken

If you enjoy exercising, you live in the right town.  One of the many great summer events in Hoboken are community fitness classes. These are a great way to get out, enjoy staying healthy, and meet new friends.

A variety of fitness events are scheduled throughout the next few months, Here are just a few of the many options available.

Head over to Pier A Park on Monday from 7pm to 8pm for Fitness in the Park.  Try something new each week in these free classes that local instructors host.  Bring water and wear  loose fitting clothing and sneakers.

In June, July and August on Tuesday nights at Pier A Park you will find a group of people gathering for free yoga classes. Yoga in the Park is held between 7pm-8pm.  Bring a mat and water and stretch out the stress.

The Hoboken Cove Community Boathouse and City of Hoboken host free kayaking days throughout the summer. Check out the 2013 summer schedule.
